Hi guys, if i was to downsize my house would it have any bearing regarding my future wifes entry requirements? I might downsize to a 2 bed house, we both have kids , and it would be tight but workable, im hopeing that just having a house will be ok. We meet all other requirements and have much evidence of our 18 mnth relationship, so im not worried about genuine relationship criteria. Does size of house have any bearing on entry requirements. Thanks in advance

Yes - it can definitely have its weight in the decision of ECO, it is one of the requirements that the house won't be overcrowded. Depends on total number of people living in the house, age of your kids and area of the rooms.
Please see this link - UKBA - Entry Clearance Guidance - Accomodation (http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/ecg/maintenanceaccommodation#18177546) - it should give you some answers as it is basically guidance for the Entry Clearance Officers when assessing the applications.
Good luck :xxgrinning--00xx3:
