I have just confirmed BPI charge for ATM withdrawals on my Nationwide Card (We transfer money using the card) .

I know there is no charge made on the CASH CARD withdrawal by Nationwide.

When I was last in Phil (over 3 years ago) BPI did not have Cirrus so I used MetroBAnk and HSBC.

Can anyone please tell me if those two banks still make no charge?

Also, let me know which banks still make no charge for Nationwide Cash Card withdrawals?

Thanks John

nationwide are now charging for withdrawals made outside Uk, as from August i think

As I understand it, there is no charge for a CASH CARD, but there is for a Debit Card.

What I want to know is, where it can be used in Phil without incurring any charge, in Phil

Further.
I have spoken to BPI and MetroBank in Phil. They both say they charge 3.50 US $ per withdrawal.

I am still anxious to know if there are any banks which do not charge for withdrawals from their ATM.

Thanks.

And More.

I have just spoken to Citibank.

As far I can understand, they do not make any charges for withdrawals.

I think the 'secret' maybe is that they have Visa which is the same as Nationwide in UK.

The problem is that they have relatively few branches and none very near my wife's relatives.
