As well as the Israelis all the goverments in the middle east i can think of at the moment seem to fit that one to a some degree. Even those the UK "support" :NoNo:

It has been said (though I can't remember by whom) that we should beware of small men in positions of power as well because, once in power, they tend to over compensate for their lack of stature by making sure that people take notice of them and also make sure that they know who's the boss.
