President Macapagal-Arroyo on Friday condemned the strafing of Secretary Romulo Neri's home in Quezon City, and ordered the Philippine National Police to increase the number of his security men.

Ok, so in Philippine press, drive by shootings are called strafing?:Erm: That's the strangest terminology I've heard. Usually you strafe to avoid something, not hit it. Apparently they used M16 rifles!

"Strafing" is low level machine gun attack by war planes....
