... would like to thank u first for this wonderful site.. my wife and i have learn so much from this.. we have submitted our application for my wife's visa last week (oct. 5) and still waiting for a positive result.. please help us pray for its success as we were very nervous for its outcome.. though we have submitted all the required requirements just hoping the embassy would be satisfy with all the information we have provided..
we're glad to be a part of this site and hopefully soon be one of the happiest couple on this site.. thank u

hi bud, you're in the position that the wife and I will be in in a while. I hope it goes without hiccup for you. The signs are that you should 90% expect it to be granted within 3 months (that's the current processing time)
If you met all their requirements, then your wife will be the proud possessor of a visa!
tell us a bit about yourself mate, where are you from (EDIT: I see you're from edinburgh, sorry ... didn't read everything JH) , what's your story! :)

i met my wife 2 years ago and visited her 3 times.. married her on july 14 this year and dying to be together with her really soon.. (hopefully)..

I love it, when I return (currently am in the phils) and start to petition to bring the wifey, I really want to show her the beauty and diversity that is scotland. It's so overlooked, yet so wonderful.

last time i was there was this july when we got married, too long now.. had to go back 4 days after the wedding due to my job.. i do plan though to go back in manila if luckily we got her visa to pick her up..

Welcome and a warm Scottish greeting to you and your wife, we pray you have success as we did with our settlement visa and to cheer you up we got our visa after 25 working days (35 actual days) (must say we are in Australia and together here and applied to Canberra, been married for 17 months and have our son together). Off to the Philippines on the way home to Scotland to visit our family yipeeeeeeeeeeee canny wait hahahahhaha

Welcome and a warm Scottish greeting to you and your wife, we pray you have success as we did with our settlement visa and to cheer you up we got our visa after 25 working days (35 actual days) (must say we are in Australia and together here and applied to Canberra, been married for 17 months and have our son together).
