It was to lose some happy fats that I gained:bigcry:

We will be cycling tomorrow again:bigcry:I only have this evening rest and tomorrow all day out in the forest.

It was fun though, it release accumulated stress and clears your mind.

I was wearing cycling gears elastic shorts and padded pants but still it hurts.

We did a short one today, 14 mi same route but we took a train back from Wareham to Parkstone.

I think we might get a road bike we would like to try cycling on the road in France next year.
