I have a slight problem in the application of the passports for our kids..

We do not have a picture of my wife and I together with the kids from birth and as they are growing up..

I have two years of visa extension to show in my passport.,. i am named on the birth certificates..

This last year i have lots of proof i support them all.

The information in the site suggests i need to send "photographic" proof (not digital images) of me and my wife with our kids.. they seem to want only pictures that were taken with a film type camera. I don't even have a digital camera except for the camera on my mobile phone and that's not exactly the best thing to take family portraits with..

So what can I do? Can i just send them a load of the pics that i have taken of our kids and my wife with them??

Also, when it comes time for them to all come over here to the UK, what is the visa process for the kids on their UK passports?
They were not visitng for holiday so did not enter on a permitted visa..

Any help is greatly appreciated..

Hi steve

Hope i can help here for you. Regarding pictures i did supply somne pictures of myself, deanna and our son Ben from my cell phone. I think if you dont have this proof of pictures just supply a covering letter to explain.

Ok Deanna as just applied for our sons British passport at the Embassy in Manila. It also all depends when your children were born in what year and month.

I think the best you can do is do a search in this forum for childrens passports and requirements. Im sure you will find all the info you need.
