:Erm: I think this simple misunderstanding has arisen due to our clocks having been put back by an hour w.ef. from *early yesterday morning; it means the Philippines' time is once again back to being 8 hours ahead of ours ... instead of only seven hours before *then.

As Conan Doyle's famous fictional detective, Sherlock Holmes would've explained it: ... "Elementary my dear Watson!" :icon_lol:

half a world away a pot boils over...

meanwhile, time waits for no man.. and bed time backons ready to be up to start work a bit earlier and finish earlier than on other days which also causes confusion about what i am doing or up to..

ho-hum..

Thanks all

Hmmm looks like something more fundamental is missing.. i call it 'trust'.:iagree: My Husband works in the ship and oftentimes there is no stallite signal ,So he can't contact me. But I am not worried and I don't nag him :furious3:, I trust my husband and know him very well. Trust plays important part of the relationship. Hope you can sort out the problem.

ive had to explain the same thing to my wife as we talk the same time every day, and she understands we may not be able to talk some days as she has to get up early for work. why dont you get her to join this forum and read the thread?

this just sounds funny! it's probably because clock in Phils. won't go back at all, that's why he won't believe you, hehehe!

hope you are able to explain it well to her, filipinos are open-minded anyway, for sure she would understand!
