Chain Letters and Forwarded emails. How do you manage em?

We received different emails and chain letters from friends, relatives and some people we didn't know.

Do you forward it to your other friends and relatives?

I never forward it to anybody even their letters contains good or bad info.


Spammers can hack your email add and later will send you thousands of spam letters from them. Better to hide your emails from the universe.

Spammers can make Yahoo Messenger Fraud. You'll just shock someone knows your yahoo I.D.

Spam,chain-letters etc are all filed under "B"(bin)just delete.

Persistent offenders get rules to push all straight to the spam bin if they dont respond to polite requests to stop sending me rubbish!

I only use online email systems now so I dont have to download all the rubbish before deleting it. Hotmail has an option to junk everything that comes from people you dont know so its easy to manage.

If it comes from friends, I read and then delete. There are some humours that I like to read. Like this:

Last year I upgraded from Boyfriend 5.0 to Husband 1.0 and noticed a distinct slow down in overall system performance, particularly in the flower and jewellery applications, which operated flawlessly under Boyfriend 5.0.

In addition, Husband 1.0 uninstalled many other valuable programs, such as Romance 9.5 and Personal Attention 6.5, and then installed undesirable programs such as Cricket 5.0, AFL 3.0 and Golf Clubs 4.1.

DEAR DESPERATE,

First, keep in mind, Boyfriend 5.0 is an Entertainment Package, while Husband 1.0 is an operating system.

Please enter command: ithoughtyoulovedme.html and try to download Tears 6.2 and do not forget to install the Guilt 3.0 update.

If that application works as designed, Husband 1.0 should then automatically run the applications Jewellery 2.0 and Flowers 3.5.

However, remember, overuse of the above application can cause Husband 1.0 to default to Grumpy Silence 2.5, Happy Hour 7.0 or Beer 6.1.

Please note that Beer 6.1 is a very bad program that will download the Snoring Loudly Beta.

Whatever you do, DO NOT under any circumstances install Mother-In-Law 1.0 (it runs a virus in the background that will eventually seize control of all your system resources.)

In addition, please do not attempt to reinstall the Boyfriend 5.0 program. These are unsupported applications and will crash Husband 1.0.

In summary, Husband 1.0 is a great program, but it does have limited memory and cannot learn new applications quickly. You might consider buying additional software to improve memory and performance. We recommend Cooking 3.0 and Hot Lingerie 7.7.

Forwarded letters/ chain letter that I received from person I know doesn't go straight to my SPAM box.:bigcry:

I sent them reply to be careful to spammers, especially those jobs online, email forgeries, and viruses.

I have 3 email accounts and one of my accounts is full of chain letters and forwarded emails so I don't really open that account with full of spammer friends sending rubbies to me. :D Some sending me emails to buy Viagra. :omg: offers more medicines to buy. :NoNo:

My other two email accounts are great. No spams at all.

Why take over an email account, i can remeber years back when Email was new to most. Winding up mates by sending emails from themselves to them etc.

Email is a very unsafe form of communcation (of course you can trace/detect it if you delve deeper but the majority of the population would not know how)

I'm in the fortunate position of having a 'Spam Filter' ... which I generally make a point of *emptying at regular intervals throughout the day. Occasionally, though, junk mail manages to "worm" its way through to my Inbox for some unknown reason. :rolleyes: *Likewise, I simply *delete it!

Thanks Mrs. Hope! Sad to hear about your mate. There are spammers that will send you email that looks like they are real banks sending you information. There's bank logo and if you are not aware of it, and you think it's your bank because there's logo of your bank, then you will just open it and you will notice, that they will ask some personal data from you. That is one of their tricks in hacking your bank info.:omg:

There are many safety ways to log on to your account, but it's strange because there are still some people who get victimized by hackers and spammers.:NoNo:
