Had an interesting chat with one of my fellow teachers today. We got onto the following subject and I thought that it might be interesting to hear other people's views.

OK - here goes:-

What is the thing you like most about the Philippines - and what is the thing you think is the worst?
What is the thing you like most about the UK - and what is the worst?

You are only allowed one answer to each question!

Here's my deal:-

Philippines - best - friendly people.
worst - infrastructure.

UK - best - pubs.
worst - government.

I just had a rethink,I am vacillating twixt utang na loob or the quality of Pinoy TV and its loathsome"Celebrities" as the worst thing about the country :Erm:I once watched sharon cuneta tell a poor woman from a barrio that she really ought to pay more attention to her skincare,obviously sharon lives on a totally different planet to the real world :rolleyes:

I take it you never watched Filipino TV? Twice as many adverts than US TV, and I recall a game show sponsored by Ariel, with the entire colour and design scheme based on that brand.... Ewwwww:vomit-smiley-011:
