There are lots of convenient store that people can buy condoms from such as "ministop" which people can find EVERYWHERE lol. I think the use of condoms should also be supported by the government if they are serious about putting an end to this. Also, let's be liberal about this issue and start giving sex education in school. Most teenagers engaging in sex are unaware of what they're getting at and the consequences of it.
The problem now is, will the Church approve of this?
