Looking for work in Davao city

Hi, my friend in Davao city is looking for a job, can anybody suggest agencies there or advice on how to find employment with a business, I beleive she has been self employed in sales for a time, but I don't really know.
Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated, thnaks:)

Yeah, she can do a course in any number of areas.

For that she will need money.

Guess who she ll be asking for the money from ?

Alternatively, suggest she becomes a ya-ya. Honest work, after all.

If your 'friend' is Filipino and is from Davao, I would've thought that they are far more familiar with ways of finding work rather than asking a foreigner.
