Even if tickets are non-changable, do have a good attempt at trying to get them changed. It's unlikely they will change them, but its not uncommon. A friend of mine who travels to asia with me regularly on KLM, has managed to change is super cheap non flexible tickets through a bit of grovelling. Can't say it will work, but you might just get a nice person on the phone.

Have you managed to change them? I guess they will re-sell the seats for the tickets you had, so its very unfair if they can't help you out in a big way with new tickets.

oh forgot to mention, you can always refund the taxes and fees, which can amount to quite a bit. Although they will probably charge a 10 or 20 quid admin fee. Thats on any ticket, including the super cheap fully UNflexible.
