so, order goods up to £15 value ..... and it's covered by your £15 credit on the card.

So, nothing to pay.

Afterwards .... cut up the card & throw it away

Been there, done that...... although I did manage to spend a lot more than £15. There is also no interest on any purchases until September 2010 on that card....... as long as you pay the minimum payment every month until then, you can pay up for this Christmas next September if you so wish.

the trick is, have the scissors at hand, and use immediately when £15 is "hit".
