Watch ABS/CBN or any pinoy program that shows crims being caught and confronted in a cop-shop by the victim,the cops always take a back seat while the riled up victim takes a few half-hearted slaps at the convicts head or shoulders,but because he is an Amputuan he gets extra security :Erm:Stick him in a room with the male relatives,husbands,fathers,brothers of his victims and let justice be done,he is after all a muslim,let him live and die by his beliefs rather than the farce he is probably going to serve in a decent prison cell with good food and conjugal visits :rolleyes:
