Since we met personally way back 2003 the only communication we have is through texting and calls (he using skype credit and i use prepaid mobile sim. So obviously we dont have copy of those sms as we change cellphone unit every year. I think i only saved a couple of letter from dated 2003 and 2004. the only thing that i managed to save are the remittances slip from western union since 2004 up to present and remittances in my bank account. yeah stupid us that we didnt saved all those chats sometimes..cellphone is our main way of keeping in touch. but pictures of us together and with our baby...we have lots of those from the first time we met, holiday every year, wedding, babys christening...etc...i may include call in skype messenger...thats it.

should i be worried it might not be enough?

I dont think it will be a problem if u dont have much evidence of ur proof of communication, as long as u can show or prove to them that you communicate and as much as possible submit everything which u can think will help ur application..

Goodluck.

From reading the information supplied in all three of the threads you've posted ... and, in turn, the various replies you've received ... I cannot envisage you having any real problems with your Spousal Visa application. :NoNo: Besides, you have been married for over two years as it is, and already have a child who has a British Birth Certificate. And, as you mentioned elsewhere, you're about to apply for his passport.

:welcomex: to the forum ... and Good Luck! :xxgrinning--00xx3:
