UK Gas Storage Capacity

Heard on the radio today that due to lack of investment this country only has 8 days worth of gas stored - France holds 100 days.

I guess this is all due to the wicked Tories privatising British Gas 24 years ago. The fact that Labour have allowed the utilities to trample all over us since 1997 can be conveniently overlooked.

I'm sure France will lend us a bit when we run short :icon_lol: don't they already help out with the electricity :Erm: usually around 7.30pm when everybody's putting the soaps on and boiling their kettles.
