Hi Everybody ...Just want to share that me and fiance visited his local GP already...they just asked for my proof of address and my passport, filled-up some forms for their documentation and now scheduled on Thursday morning for check-up...:xxgrinning--00xx3:yes!!!

Everything went well.....Thank you for the information that all of you have shared, now getting nervous with the check-up on Thursday...whew!
