nobody answer the landline in philippine embassy

I tried many times contacted to philippine embassy london asking about renewing my passport...my passport will be expired in september but i want to renew it earlier because in september im going to apply for ILR...Anyone could give me an advice? If it is alright to do it soon? cheers

Well my old passport is supposed to expire on may but i already renewed it last year for the same reason that i want new passport for ILR.. so yeah u can do it
