Location will be in Wales UK as Mechanical Engineer. Is this offer enough for the type of living in Wales? or do i still need to demand higher salary?

Sorry to be negative, but it is more than likely an elaborate scam.:NoNo:
Thinking further about the offer, I cannot class it as anything else but a scam.
I bet that if you mail them asking 18/20k GBP, they will agree immediately.....
But then they will ask you for money to cover some kind of fees.
Do not send money.
Besides, UK immigration laws are based on a point system and for highly skilled workers only.

Certainly doesn't SOUND right :NoNo: ... unless they're talking in terms of MONTHLY salary! And WHY would they offer all these so-called "fringe benefits"??? If I were YOU, I'd take it all with the proverbial "pinch of salt", mate.

as dom said its probably a scam, you don't get that many job offers, offering 'free food and accomodations, free school for my children, free transportation and medical benefits,'
