Sending a Valentines Card

Does anyone know of a service that I can use to create a personalised card and have it mailed directly from within the Philippines? In other words something like Moonpig?

Failing that, could someone please remind me of the flowers service in the Philippines?!

Do sending flowers cost as much in Phils as here? As from what I've seen, (and when I've sent before), they seem to be the same, but if they are that much, I can't see hardly anyone in Phils (only rich Filipinos) sending flowers as they would cost as much as a week or two's pay for them! Surely sending them must be cheaper over there? I guess the websites are set up for more wealthy foreigners, so they can make a lot more!
