Hi,
I recently married my Filipina fiancee in Dubai, we have all the correct papers and have obtained cnis from the U.K and Philippines. My wife wants to join me in the U.K. but U.K.Visas insist that she must return to the Philippines to apply for the spouse visa, is there no way around this considering the expense and hassle she may encounter at the Embassy in Manila? Can she not apply from the Philippine embassy in Dubai?
