Both crabs and lobsters are decapod (10 feet) crustaceans with exoskeletons (external skeletons) , cooked by boiling although it's thought they can feel pain :Erm:
The other kind of crabs are:-
1. Size of a pinhead, with 3 pairs of legs
2. A kind of louse, also known as nits, chiggers, and kuto in Philippines:xxgrinning--00xx3:
3. Spread by intimate contact ... but ...
4. Sexual intercourse not necessary:NoNo:
5. Don't jump or fly :doh
6. Cats, dogs and other pets not affected by human lice:NoNo:
7. Cause itching / infection of affected area:doh
8. Curable by local medications available over-the-counter:xxgrinning--00xx3:
9. Visit doctor because there may also be more serious sexually transmitted infection:doh
10. Disinfect/wash infected clothes, towels etc:xxgrinning--00xx3:
.....but you knew all that already !:xxgrinning--00xx3:

When I think of lobsters, it reminds me of 'Pete & Dud'.

A friend played me an old cassette years ago....It involved lobsters & Jayne Mansfield :erotic4:

But it's too rude :censored: to put on here! :omg:

Actually it was when they were 'Derek & Clive'.

It was called "Lobsterisimus-um-Bummakisimus" , "the lobsters got quite a nip out of it" and as you say the rest is best :censored: Worse than crabs cos they're bigger!:omg:

I have stock both of them in the fridge and love them both. The crab claws meat are the best part.:xxgrinning--00xx3: We like eating crabs from it shell rather than crab stick.:D Lobster's meat is also superb delicious but I only eat if I fancy eating such.
I have seen crabs and lobsters traps here and I am impressed with the design.:xxgrinning--00xx3:

Crab sticks don't contain crab and I think due to an EU directive on it they should be labelled as fish sticks .... although they harldy contain any fish :doh

I believe this aptly-called English *'delicacy' [originally] derived its name from one or more edible fillings being compressed or "sandwiched" :D between two chunks or slices of bread (roughly proportionate in size). But you're right, Penny ... sand is not/never has been an "ingredient" ... :Erm: ... unless inadvertently ... say, during a picnic on the beach!

...no sand ...which... leaves room for viruses, bacteria, toxins and heavy metals ....be careful where you buy, store, and cook seafood :omg:

Id heard it was invented by the Earl of Sandwiche,s servant who was trying to prevent his master starving whilst gambling for hours on end so he made door steps

I like the idea of your 3mt lobsters Doc Alan "Both crabs and lobsters are decapod (10 feet) "
