............until I get back to Blighty!

An appeal...........I shall need wheels while I roam up and down the country looking for a roof over my head - and a job! Does anyone know of any really cheapo car rentals - I don't care if it's a 50 year old Ford Anglia - as long as it goes!

I dearly wish I could be of help in regard of accomodating you temporarily, but unfortunately it is not possible at the present moment, as my lad, refuses steadfastly to move on...:doh

As jobs go, I don't know about the teaching lark, all I know I that the company I work for is recruiting all the time on a self employed basis, and the financial returns can be very good if one has got some kind of patience.:xxgrinning--00xx3:
At the present moment I am kind of broke as I haven't been applying myself to the job due to various health challenges.
Car hire.... Here is the local rent-a-reck, I used their services on a few occasions, and they are alright, tho not perfect.

Or you could go back to the Philippines, the British School in Manila is currently recruiting :-)

Somebody gave me rep for this! Thank you kindly. I have been neglecting my 'duties' on the site for a long time - it seems to me! I don't think I have 'helped' anybody for a long time.

However, give me time to get my life sorted - I would, of course, dearly love to get Hanna her spousal visa - however, despite being married for almost 3 years, I think I still fall way short of British Immigration requirements!:bigcry::doh

Onwards and upwards - yes??

Is it not possible to make a life out there, or are you just homesick? :)

Sim - I need to see my parents and my children. Plus, I do actually miss England a little!! Probably not for long.

Yes we all understand, it's not easy being torn between two countries.
I guess most of us would like to be able to divide our time between both.

Best of luck! :xxgrinning--00xx3: :)
