So, if I'm reading this correctly ...
.. the fee for the FLR is going down to £400 (from £465) for postal applications ?

.... and the ILR fee will be £840.
Is that higher or lower than at present ?

FLR(M) is not listed in the above doc, so we don't know, the FLR(IED) is for those on work permits or Twes.


as for ILR. current fee
Husband, wife, civil partner, or unmarried or same sex partner - form SET(M):

Postal application: £820
Application in person at public enquiry office: £1,020

new fee for ILR

Postal application: £840
Application in person at public enquiry office: £1,095


i don't think fee's ever go down :rolleyes: that would be :crazy:, even if they did , they are making more money, by charging for dependent s that use to be free :cwm23:
