i had my wedding dress made by the lady who lived over the road - the house just had 'tailor and dress maker' painted on the side - any tailor or dress maker will make the outfits for you - we went in and browsed wedding catalogues, picked out some styles and skteched the combination dress that i wanted, then after maeasuring me she advised us how much material would be needed and we went off and bought it - it was ready with one fitting in between around 12 days later!
Cheap too! good luck!

Im sure there's a near bridal/dress shop in west rembo Makati or if u want u can go to Pasig or Pateros which is just one ride via jeepney and u can rent or buy cheap bridesmaid/groomsmen/flowergirl dresses from them theres also ready-2-wear and ready-2-purchase bridal gowns for ur bride...
best wishes!

Head to Taal, about 2.5hrs south of Manila. It seems to be the wedding dress capital of Philippines, and you can get dresses and barongs hand made from the finest pineapple fibre.

Compared to the UK its fantastically cheap as well!

Quiapo is not Divisoria... sorry, just have to make that correction as it may mislead others...

When in Divisoria, your gf can go to Tutuban mall (the old one -- one with cluster buildings)... most of the shops on the 2nd floor are selling gowns and barongs...

Right across Tutuban mall, there are stores there selling gowns and barongs as well...

Be careful of pickpockets though as Divisoria is really busy everyday... you can also check SM's filipiniana section.. a bit pricey with that from Divisoria shops but at least more comfortable and more convenient. I unquired for a filipiniana weding dress and they quoted somewhere around 5 to 10 thousand pesos, depending on design.

Greenhills also have shops that make nice barong and wedding gowns.. again a bit pricey.. a bit more that SM...

Congrats and good luck!
