which visa should I apply?

Hello! My husband & I are going to the Philippines on July. My husband is an Icelandic citizen. We will fly thru Gatwick and our next flight will be 10 hours after we arrive. I would like to go out of the airport and do some sight seeing. I am still a Philippine passport holder and I have a Residence Permit here in Iceland. Which visa should I apply for?

I think its a transit visa.

My husband doesn't need to a visitor's visa since Iceland is part of the EEA.
