www.Panoramio.com (http://www.Panoramio.com) is the portal you use to store your photos and have them appear on Google Earth itself so everyone can view them. It's free to use.
Once you upload a photo pinpoint it's location on the map. After 3-21 days it should be OK'd for acceptance to Google Earth. You than have to wait for Google's next update which is 1-3 months.

Doing this gets your name on the world map :xxgrinning--00xx3:, allows friends/family to locate picture locations, and also helps people who wish to visit the area plan a holiday. :)
They do not like pictures of people though they will not be accepted, just scenery. Of course Uncle Albert can sneak into the corner, but that's about it.
