hi again , i need help sending my forms to the phils for my emme to come here as my fiancee, my home??? i still have a mortgage on it but what form do i send them about where i live , my mortgage payments ??? my mortgage offer , or my yearly letter what i have paid or am i missing something here , thanks

any proof of mortgage for that house you are staying now

Accommodation (home owners) If the sponsor owns his home, he should include a certified copy of the deed showing this. If the sponsor has a mortgage, the appropriate entry from the Land Registry should be provided, and the mortgage payments should appear in the bank statements.

i submitted the letter from the mortgage (or was it the solicitor?) company stating that my husband owns the property.. and in that document was attached a blue print of where the house is located with the signature of the former owner...
