where is visa application center?

hi there everyone i am emma, fiancee of steve..live here in cavite..and in a months to come will also file an application for Fiancee visa to UK..so i would just like to clear some things..like where is the exact location to submit visa application forms..i know its in visa application center in Manila but where is the exact address..does the payment and biometric data are on the same location too? hope to hear some reply..thanks..
