I've always thought my girlfriends best mate had some rather strong feelings for her. I posted about it last year -

Since I arrived 2 weeks ago she's been posting some weird stuff on facebook, emotional things about losing somebody you love. She always posts it when me and my girl have a day out, just the two of us. Today was her graduation, just me and her family went, and she posts this :crazy:

Sounds like she is jealous that your g/f is giving her attention to you while you are around, so she's coming up with all kinds of rubbish to grab attention herself.
