hi guys,
looking for the answer to this question and hoping someone on here knows? if you already have a fiancee visa and then apply for spouse/settlement visa in philippines as you have to return and have bee unable to apply for FLR, do you have to do CFO again ? had a look on the website but not clear ! or is it a one time deal ?...also anyone know the turn around time i am hoping it can be down in 3 weeks so i can bring my mahal home with me !!
