To renew an adult ten-year 32-page passport costs £77.50 for standard service, £112.50 for the one-week Fast Track Service and £129.50 for the one-day Premium service. :xxgrinning--00xx3:

How much would I pay for my passport if, say, I went to the passport office in person - and waited for it to be processed and issued?

I guess it would be as the opening post says, £129.50.

Living in Spain it costs around £170 (185€).

I wonder why it is so expensive. A Spanish 10 year passport costs 20 euros, its issued at the nearest National Police Station, and the holder can go anywhere a UK passport holder can go !!!!
