Hiring a Minibus / Van in Phils.

As a matter of interest how much might I expect to pay to hire a minibus / van for 12 persons for 1 day in, say, Pampanga (including hiring a driver)?

If you live in Pampanga and you want to hire van in a day within the same city, it maybe cheaper. P1500-2000. But from Pampanga to Manila, usually 2500+ .

My gf and her neighbours are hiring a van to visit a church somewhere a long way away (Manaog???) - near the beach, from Angeles. She says it will cost 4,500 including driver and fuel and also including some kind of admission charge to a carnival or zoo or something! Very vague but sounds expensive. Will involve departing at 02:00 so its a long day!

Based on what we pay in Bacolod, I suspect the figures of 2,500 being quoted don't include fuel and probably only cover a 10 hour rental period.
