Brown Outs

For the love of God, will someone please put a peso in the Dipolog lecky meter. My babes been back there now for 5 weeks and we've managed to get online 8 times , partly due to bad internet but mainly because they're never sure if/when the lecky will go on or off. Averaging 8 hours on per day but it's been as low as 4!!

Any other regions as bad ? :doh

Davao's just gotten back to normal after the election. Before was out at least an hour day. Good excuse for some :do_it:

Yes SteveL CDO is having brown outs, most days 4 or 5 hours at a time. They vary the times & it's been very frustrating for all.

Happens occassionally in Bohol and rarely in Cebu (once when i was statying there) - not in Bohol during my visit but plenty of times when we are skyping!
