I had 2 doctors inspect me in those regions last week, Im still having nightmares (due to lose of control of bladder and bowel) I did say jokingly ' I'll give you 30 minutes then you will have to stop' He was an Indian doctor so I'm guessing that sort of thing went over his head, I must say I left the hospital a different man :D

Yes thank you Arthur. It was a suspected prolasped disc, after the mri scan it was proved not the case, just swelling caused from an old injury.

Im back running again after 10 days :D and my doctor approves. My hamsrings were not being stretched enough so, now I know:doh
