We did make the mistake of using an Agency in Cebu to help my wife with the forms. www.olvis.com most of the claims on their website are false. My advice is DONT be tempted to use an agency as they ask for a large sum of money and do nothing. They claimed to help her in her own language through the entire process but in my opinion we ended up chasing them all the time to get things done and they really didnt have a clue about UK visa applications. Best advice is here on the forum from people who have been through it already.
