Ah ... the CFO seminar! :rolleyes: Yes, I'm afraid so ... it's a stipulation of the Philippines' Government that all Filipina/o spouses travelling overseas, must first attend a one-day counselling session in either Manila or Cebu ... and have their passports duly endorsed with a "sticker" to this effect, before being allowed to leave the country.

PDOS (Pree departure orientation simenar) is needed if ur visa is working visa.CFO if your coming to UK on spousal or fiancee visa.:D

Oh ... I see ... PDOS is for OFWs. :rolleyes: Didn't "click" with ME at first as MY wife had attended the CFO, with her being the spouse of a foreign national - as is 'piggy', I believe.
