but what is NBI clearance or cert

read it a few times on this forum

Its a clearance to get in National Bureau of Investigation to see if you have any legal case filed against you....

If you're a drug dealer, killer,rapist,
any type of criminal case and been to jail ..then your not eligible to get that NBI..........you can't even work............coz they will traced your records!.. :doh
