Hi guys!
My good lady's annulment has finally finished. She picked up the annulment certificate from the Manila NSO last week.
I'm starting to feel a little nervous now with regard to getting the CORRECT official forms together.
For people who have recently applied for a fiancee visa, can you please confirm which is the most up to date application form we need to use?
Is it "Settlement Visa (VAF4A Dec 2008)."
Also, is this the correct web site to use?
http://www.vfs-uk-ph.com/
Many thanks,
NS..........

MY wife came here on a spousal visa in March 2009. But the same Application Form - VAF 4A - is used for a fiancee visa ... as both are for settlement purposes. Good Luck! :xxgrinning--00xx3:
