The United Nations (UN) on Friday backed a move by the Philippines to introduce sex education among primary and high school students that has sparked a row with the influential Catholic church.

Never thought the kids needed sex education, contraceptive advice should start from 14 upwards, not sure there is a problem with unmarried mothers in the Philippines.
