He doesn't need any PR he is a winner. Unlike yes men Ferdinand and Gerrard he's is also a born leader who is not afraid to put his head above the parapet.
Talking about PR it's a disgrace that the FA Spinmeisters haven't had Capello, Beckham and Gerrard fronting the press conferences urging pride, bottle, commitment and spirit for the upcoming match.

He's a plonker for saying it in public and then this morning losing the support of some of the players he said were behind him :doh ... if he worked for me and done that he'd already be on his way home. Doing things like he did in public is an act of desperation, and he hasn't got the intelligence to do it in a dignified way.

Desperate times call for desperate measures - we have a manager here who has failed to turn a pool of immensely talented players into a team that should be destroying the likes of USA and Algeria. All Capellos done is bitched about the ball, injuries, players etc not addressed his own shortcomings. He's a failure but like Benitez will be back on the gravy train once he's got his England payoff

:Erm: Which means that all the managers since Bobby Robson have either been crap, or these so called, and I quote you, "immensely talented players" aren't anywhere near as talented as you think. Especially when taken away from their club teams.
Look at Portugal's Ronaldo... worth £80M and yet just scored hiw first goal for Portugal in over 2 years. :Erm: Some players just can't do International football, and for England it always seems to be most of them :doh

Valid point but for some reason the Krauts never suffer the same malaise

Maybe its the lifestyle and millionaire status that`s causing the problems.Only a few players have shone at the world cup, Kaka had a good game yesterday, I consider him to have a feet on the ground personality along with Messi and a few others.
It will be interesting to see what happens if they get their wish and Joe Cole plays and is a failure.
I hope there is not a big spread bet behind it and they are all having a laugh at our expense.
We should stick to English managers who at least can communicate with the team:xxgrinning--00xx3:
