I did apply for toursit visa. Now I'm preparing my supporting documents as the ECO thinks that my intentions were not genuine. Even though I do not intend to over stay because I'm quite happy with my life in the Philippines.

Yes you're right. I did apply for tourist visa because it is the most sensible one that is applicable for me as I have other travel plans ahead.

Does the UK Border agency will honor the declaration of properties? I am getting my papers ready. My mum is has some properties as an heir to her parents. I am wondering wether the border agency will consider that some of my mum's properties will be transfered to me.
