Not being an expert in Visit Visas (I am more of a "settlement" guy) ....
I would say that what you are providing is good proof that you are gonna return to the Philippines, ... with the exception of your grad school ... if your studies finish in Sept 2010, and you plan to go away on or after that time, they may think that you would like to use the skills gained in grad school but on these shores. That may be problematic. If you were going to do further studies in the Phils, that would be something else though ....
the fact that your BF has compelling proof that he will be re-locating to the the philippines seems to ameliorate the previous deficiency
so on a balanced view, it looks good,
but i'll let Joe Bloggs or someone else who has got a visitor visa iron out all the other things for/with you!

hello james.just thought of asking you this as you have said you are a "settlement guy" because me and my fiance is planning to fill up settlement form instead of fiance or visit visa.we plan to marry there in UK....would it give us a better chance of approval rather than the fiancee and or visit visa? application?

I am all confused with this whole thing! lolz :hubbahubba:
this whole thread doesn't flow logically coz the first post now just says "OK thanks" .... then i don't fully understand the second post, i think it needs it's own thread ... then i think Ricky is talking to maristela?!
