Hello everyone! I am a nurse in the Philippines and is aiming to go to the UK to work there. I already have the necessary experience needed and IELTS scores required. I have also sent NMC a pre registration request wherein they sent me a letter with the information booklet. It also includes the initial requirements and fees needed that I have to send back to them. This includes: certified photocopy of my birth certificate; notarized copy of my marriage contract; certified photocopy of my board certificate; and certified photocopy of the details page of my passport.
However, I am quite confused with the terms notarized and certified. I have the following clarifications for those who has already applied to NMC:
Where did you have your documents certified/notarized?
Does NMC accept photocopies of the birth marriage certificates, passport and license that are notarized by any notary public or should it be from DOJ?
Or should I bring them to the specific agencies who issued them?
Thanks in advance!
