visa for my wife

:Hellooo: im english man married to a filipino we been living in the philippines for almost 4 yrs now i want to take my wife to uk for good. any help or advice on what i should do to get her there coz i have no idea. but she visited uk twice when i was there. thanks

pitty she didn't take the 'life in uk test' when she was visiting the uk :cwm24: she could have been granted ILE straight away if you have lived together 4yrs outside the uk

wait til you've lived togther 4yrs and she should be granted with indefinate leave to enter (ILE + KOL) required.

meaning once in the uk, and shes taken the 'life in uk test' she can apply for ILR immediately
