anyone (filipino) living in pompey or havant area? :-)

Hi evryone
Ive been here in the UK for 3 weeks now and i can say that i love the weather although its very unpredictable most of the time:rolleyes:. Having been here for 3 weeks and still cant see any filipino, so are there anyone here in the forum living in pompey or havant area??? :)
I met one member here in the forum, when we attend a wedding of a friend. She lived in Southampton....good to met one pinay in that wedding, hope to meet more esp in these area ive mention........

Hi Welcome to the forum!

I used to lived in Portsmouth and yes there are lots of filipinos round that area. If you go to Gunwharf Quay or City Center during saturdays and sundays you'll see them lots shopping around with their friends and families.

There is a Catholic church just right at the back of City Center ( cant remember what its called now) and you'll see lots of pinoys attending the Sunday mass. :)

Most of them are nurses with their wife/husband and kids.
