It's funny but although she was only born yesterday morning, it seems like longer.
Time gets stretched so much with all the cat-naps and things going on.

People tell you how beautiful it is to see your new baby, it is truly life-changing.
To see a little one moving her arms about a little bit is life-affirming.

I had no idea how strong babies limbs were.

I know Dom, you're right :)
Rochelyn hoped her daughter would have a long nose and I wanted a mini-Rochelyn.
I won :xxgrinning--00xx3:

Milyn was 7lbs 3oz and came out so fast.
She caught out all the midwives in the hospital.
I saw the baby's head before anyone else and rushed out of the room to tell the midwives I think they'd better have a look.
It was all a bit of a panic as three midwives raced in and delivered her in about 30 seconds :yikes:
Another mother-to-be in the next room told the midwives she heard the baby crying but never heard the mother :yikes:

I don't know if other Filipinas are like my wife, but Rochelyn does everything with charm and grace and never makes much of a fuss about anything.

She is an inspiration to me and has been from the day I met her.
