what visa can we get for a filipino to become our nanny?

We have been in touch with a Filipino nanny who has been going through a 2 year course here, so should be counted as qualified. She was on a student visa and still is until end of october, and we would like to employ her as out nanny. We are a British Family and thought there would be people here who went through a similar process and can give us some advice.
