I just wanna ask which visa i would prefer for my son an for my mother.. Family visitor ? Which is easy? But the problem is my sons family name is not mine in his dad surname. Im married now. Is anyone out there could help me?? Im applying now for spouse visa im here now in london how many weeks it takes coz im travelling to philippines to get my son.. And my mom for visit..

oh thanks.. i want my son to stay here for longtime with me.. my son is 1year and 5months.. i am here of my visa as a spouse.. can i visit to philippines?
